Consultant & External Auditor & Internal Auditor

The candidate is an experienced methodologist/consultant/auditor who has worked in these roles for over 20 years in commercial practice. He has worked in several financial and public institutions. He spent some time in the financial administration and was involved in strategic matters in debt management and recovery, cash and non-cash payment methods, efficient tax collection and arrears assessment. He has an analytical and methodical way of thinking. He would like to pass on his know-how to more people and therefore would like to work as a leader or manager. He has also served as an advisor to the Prime Minister and the President of the Financial Administration. He has carried out financial, internal and external audits and proposed solutions that have been identified from that audit. He implemented the new eCash system (electronic payments and transmission of sensitive data) in Germany. He has a good understanding of European policy and legislation and is able to use it to the advantage of the client he currently works for. Usually works by being hired by the client for a certain period of time or until a certain problem is solved. He has no problem communicating in English and uses it on a daily basis. He is used to managing multiple teams where each is in charge of a different issue. He doesn't like to be stereotyped and always likes to be involved in something new.

1. November 2021 - July 2022: Methodologist and Advisor. Responsibilities included proposing organizational structure, resolving administrative backlog, and developing processes for debt collection.

2. January 2021 - October 2021: Methodologist and Advisor. Managed debt and executions, ensured transparency in the eKasa certification process, and collaborated with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Security Office for Information Security in Germany.

3. February 2019 - Present: Marketing Director and Project Manager. Led the TSE Germany project, improving financial data security in relation to the Tax Code in Germany. Managed a team of experts from Austria, Slovakia, and Germany, and implemented legislative changes.

4. May 2020 - October 2021: Advisor to the Secretary-General. Responsibilities included project assessment, defining implementation plans for economic process optimization, and managing economic information systems.

5. April 2018 - January 2019: Director of the Change Management Department. Developed selection methodologies for management positions, conducted personnel audits, and implemented changes in education and work organization.

6. July 2017 - March 2018: Head of the Program Office. Conducted audits and proposed measures to improve economic activities. Led a project for an external supplier.
