Java Architect & Java Developer

The candidate is an experienced Solution Architect who has been programming in Java for over 15 years in commercial practice. Current work - remodeling old monolithic system into Microservice architecture, designing single-user services - how they should behave and what functionality they should have. Worked as a Team leader and Scrum Master where he led up to 3-4 teams, consisting of 5-6 members. Communication in English is not a problem for him and he uses it on a daily basis. He also has experience in assigning work, he gets information about what needs to be done from the Product Owner and from the Stakeholders and from this information and specifications he creates an assignment for the other team members, he also performs follow-ups of subsequent other direct specifications. In his current work he mainly uses agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban - he is used to weekly Sprints.
