The candidate is an experienced developer with 7 years of experience. Most of my experience is in JS- Vue, React, Node and Python. He works on various projects, on some he does both BE and FE, on others he works mainly on FE. On recent projects he has worked more on Frontend with Vue and React. They had Scrum from agile methodologies in their work, but it didn't really catch on with them and they work on a delegation based system. His English is at B1 level, but as he doesn't have many opportunities to speak English at work, he would need time to get up to speed, but he doesn't think it would be a problem for him to work in a foreign team. He hasn't worked in a team leader position yet, nor does he have the ambition to do so at the moment.
