The candidate is a DW/BI Consultant with approximately 11 years of experience with DW and ETL solutions. He has also experience with designing the architecture of DW solutions for a few projects. In one big fintech DWH, he developed a completely new database according to client requirements, where he needed to apply theoretical practices and a versioning system. He is located in Zagreb and although he is working remotely for the last 2 years, he is open to visiting an office when necessary, and he also counts on the onboarding period in the office. He has several years of experience in leading and mentoring more junior colleagues, also communicating with partners and stakeholders, and doing analyses of business requirements and predictions. He can communicate in English and is open to working on both long-term and short-term projects, in both smaller and bigger teams. Both standard employment and B2B are acceptable for him.
