Jan 2019 – Dec 2021 Role: Senior Associate Consultant Worked on the Offer Management Portal project in the Tele Communications domain. Developed APIs, services, connectors, and decisioning aspects of Pega. Migrated code from Pega7.3 to Pega8.2. Provided support to offshore and onshore teams.

Sep 2017 – Dec 2018 Role: Pega Developer Worked on the Proximus project in the Tele Communications domain. Conducted unit testing and created code deliverables. Managed product rules, ruleset versions, and release documents. Resolved defects and analyzed exceptional cases.
