Consultant & HR Manager
Overview
Short Summary
The candidate has been with Compensation & Benefits for almost 1 and a half years officially and another half year unofficially. His main work was collecting data necessary for employee evaluation, setting up the system for bonus calculation, HR agenda, holiday vouchers, ensuring transparency in the systems and various ad hoc things. In January last year, he moved to the Competence Specialist role, which is mainly focused on learning and development. There he addresses the needs of individual company technicians who need to have certain competencies to work with their tools and software. He determines what they need to improve in and provides them with training. He has used Excel a lot during his career and is currently doing training on it in the company. The position interested him, both because of its seniority and also he would like to do Compensation & Benefits again as he enjoyed it very much. He is fluent in English.
