The candidate is a very experienced Java developer with more than 15 years of experience. In his career, he has mainly done back end development using Java, Spring, Hibernate and Python. However, he also has experience in front end development where he used HTML and CSS. He has experience with agile methods, specifically scrum. He does not have a dedicated sector. He has done daily stand ups with colleagues in the US, so his language skills include a very good command of English and a basic knowledge of German. In the past he has been involved in mentoring junior colleagues and also had the opportunity to lead a team. He is not averse to team leading in the future.
