The candidate is a junior Java developer who was introduced to programming at his former job and got so excited about it that he started learning on his own in 2019. His stack includes Java, OOP, Spring boot, MariaDB and Git. He has experience with agile methods - scrum. He also has experience with team leading, however he would like to stay with programming and develop his existing knowledge.

Co-CEO November 2020 - Present I am the co-CEO of an e-commerce brand, overseeing marketing and financial management. This is a side project for me to stay involved in the business world.

Head of Digital Sales July 2019 - December 2020 I revitalized the company's digital presence, implementing marketing strategies to support the sales team and manage product development. This involved restructuring operational processes and setting measurable goals.

CEO July 2017 - February 2019 I led a successful project in the mortgage loan industry, generating leads and providing a transparent comparison platform. We focused on partnerships with banks and financial advisory firms, resulting in mutual growth.

Head of Digital Marketing October 2016 - March 2018 I joined an existing project and focused on team restructuring and process optimization. After stabilizing the project, I shifted towards external communication, marketing, and long-term goal setting.

Digital Marketing Manager September 2015 - August 2016 I managed digital media for a top reseller of streetwear shoes, implementing a strategy that led to significant revenue growth.

Account Manager July 2014 - August 2015 I set up and executed digital marketing campaigns for medium and small businesses.

Sales Manager April 2012 - June 2014 I held a sales management role, contributing to the growth of the company.
