As a scrum master he has been working for almost 6 years. He currently leads 2 medium-sized teams, each with 7 members. In addition, he co-leads a foreign team. He is in charge of both development and operations team. He regularly communicates with the delivery managers. He quit his previous position after less than a year, as he worked on several projects regarding automated warehouses and successfully completed the project he was working on. Prior to that he also worked in a product owner position, but after the restructuring most of the people left. He communicates daily in English. In addition, he also has a basic knowledge of German and French.
