BI Analyst & Data Analyst & Data Engineer & Python Developer

The candidate is a Data Engineer working mostly with Python (4 years of experience) and SQL databases (5 years of experience). He also has an experience with ETL processes for more then 3 and a half years and he knows also JavaScript, HTML and CSS on a basic level. As for NoSQL databases, he is using Mongo. He is located in Zagreb and prefers to on a hybrid mode, with several days a week in the office, as he understands the importance of interaction face to face, and several at home. He can communicate in English and he is also able to use his German in working environment, a he lived in Berlin for 2 years. He is also learning Spanish. Both long-term and short-term projects are acceptable for him,. Standard employment is a preferred option for him, but he is also open to contractor opportunities. He has a position currently, but it is not his cup of tea, so he is looking for something new. He has a notice period of 2-3 weeks.

September 2019 - June 2022: Python ETL Developer. Created and maintained data pipelines using Python and SQL scripts. Performed data wrangling, transformation, interpretation, visualization, and analysis. Collaborated in establishing data stack architecture and facilitating communication between technical and business owners.

April 2019 - September 2019: DWH/BI Engineer. Involved in data warehousing, ETL scripting, data mapping, modeling, structuring, and cleansing. Maintained existing ETL pipelines.

November 2018 - April 2019: Engineer of Geodesy. Documented and elaborated on telecommunication pipelines. Visualized telecommunication infrastructure in CAD software. Conducted spatial data processing and statistical analyses.
