Agile Coach & Scrum Master

The candidate is a Scrum Master with more than 10 years of experience. Prior to that he worked as a Project Manager. He is currently working on the migration of an information platform to WSO2. They are having ceremonies with Accenture. There are about 25 people working in the team. He has years of experience in telco field. He knows and worked not only in agile but also in Waterfall. His job is all about teaching people the right habits and to deliver things on time. He has no problem doing pure scrum, or even a compromise. He has experience in change and lease management and in resolving conflicts between projects. Understands the importance of verifying resource availability and lending them to projects. Communication in English is not a problem for him.
