Android developer with 8 years of commercial experience. He is currently working on an app for the patients to check their medical condition. He is collaborating with various team members (QA, Scrum, BA developers, etc). As for his previous experience, he was working with UI/UX designers who would make mock-ups for iOS and he gave them suggestions on how to make it different for android users so it is less confusing. He pointed out that there is a better way for android to do this and that would make development easier and speed it up. eg they have a component and the way they use how it interacts. He would direct them to some maternal design in android of a specific component and suggests to do it this way so it is clearer to the user and know how to use the feature. Moreover, he can read iOS code and he can read and understand Swift. As for FE experience in web development, he built a few websites from scratch using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. He also did some FE work at the beginning of his journey and he is able to follow the documentation, dig into some code, analyse them, see how it is made and replicate the code in an android way. He would see code based on what API they are using and be able to do the same things for an android app. Furthermore he worked on a project using BLE where he was connecting the app to the bluetooth device.
