AWS Engineer & Cloud Engineer & DevOps Engineer

The candidate is an aspiring DevOps/Cloud engineer with 1 year of commercial experience. In his current position, he is setting up infrastructure on AWS through Terraform. In addition he did monitoring, initially through Grafana and Prometheus, later switched to Datalog. They use Bitbucket to manage and create pipelines. He was also doing the dockerization of microservices and deploying them via Kubernetes. In terms of agile methodologies, he has experience with Scrum. Communication in English is not a problem for him, besides he also has a basic knowledge of Spanish.

September 2021 - present: Junior DevOps Engineer. Responsible for building and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Terraform, setting up monitoring stack with Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Datadog, managing Bitbucket pipelines for CI/CD processes, and handling Docker orchestration with Kustomize (Kubernetes).

September 2019 - June 2021: Master's Degree in Security Technologies, Systems, and Management.

September 2015 - June 2019: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, with an award from the Dean of the Faculty for an excellent bachelor's thesis.
