The candidate has worked as a tester since 2002, but later moved to the position of Test Lead in 2011, where he has remained until today. In his 20 years of experience he has come across multiple technologies namely Rational Rose, Rational Robot, VisualStudio, ++ ARS Remedy, Oracle 9i, RoboHelp, TestComplete, SharePoint, On Time, TFS, Office, EA, MS TestManager, SharePoint, eTraxis, TestLink, HP ALM, JIRA. He has no problem with any technology and has experience with Microsoft and various drawing studios, but would not like to go back to C++. He has worked in all agile environments in his last five work experiences. Since The candidate is interested in Leader positions, he has led teams of 6-10 people, which he says are best for agile methodologies. Of the foreign languages, he speaks English and Russian at a weak level, so he would prefer to stay on Slovak and Czech projects.
