Java Developer & Kotlin Developer

The candidate is a young Kotlin/Java developer who has completed his course and would like to develop his current experience. He has no lack of desire and passion for learning and working. On the course he has mainly worked on Kotlin, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Bootstrap. Subsequently, he has been learning Java on his own. He hasn't had a chance to work with agile methodologies, however he knows them and they won't be a problem for him. In terms of language skills, he speaks English at a communicative level and basic German. According to his own words, he does not consider himself a leader and would rather learn from more experienced colleagues. He has no preferred fields.

1.5.2013 – 1.8.2015 - Salesperson, Cashier, and Service Technician. Included in the European Union project "TOP15" within the company - winner of the project.

1. 9. 2015 – 30. 11. 2018 - Store Manager.
2. 12. 2018 – 31. 1. 2021 - Store Manager.
3. 3. 2021 – present - Content Editor at Heureka Group a. s.

2013 - Professional training in the sports industry. Knowledge of sports and outdoor materials. Basic sales skills.

2014 - Product testing, advanced sales skills, team motivation, and complaint techniques. Argumentation techniques (gaining customer support).

2015 - Project Manager for "TOP 15". Selection of product groups and maximization of net profit. Winner of the mentioned project, surpassing 30 other stores in the Czech Republic, including major Prague and Brno stores.

2022 - Successful completion of the "Web Application Programming" course in Kotlin language with subsequent certification. Course completed on Itnetwork.cz network.
