Business Analyst

Danka has been a Business Analyst for almost 4 years. On her current project she is working on applications for corporate clients in the banking sector. She receives assignments from internal clients, communicates with them regarding problems, achieved advances, important information and analyzes requirements. He does production and developer support, tests, prepares testcases, writes technical documentation. Uses banking processes, included operations that are object-oriented coding. In terms of technology tools, he has experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, BPMN, SQL, Abacus. She has mentored more junior colleagues. Working in an agile environment and international team suits her. English is at a very good level.

IT ANALYST (January 2022 - currently): Developed applications for corporate clients, involved in gathering and analyzing requirements, communicating with clients, testing, and preparing technical documentation.

IT BUSINESS ANALYST (March 2019 - August 2021): Responsible for maintaining and changing reporting systems to comply with Solvency II directive. Conducted analysis of errors, prepared and implemented change requests, tested systems, and prepared technical documentation.

EDUCATION:

• UNIVERSITY (2012 - 2017): Studied Applied Mathematics.
• UNIVERSITY (September 2015 - January 2016): Studied Econometrics and Operations Research at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.

SKILLS: Proficient in SQL, MS Excel. LANGUAGES: Upper intermediate (B2) in English, native in Slovak. COURSE OR CERTIFICATE: Completed "SQL for Data Science" course on Coursera (September 2020 - November 2020).
