Product Manager & Product Owner

The candidate is a Product Owner with almost 3 years of experience. However, he has been in the IT field longer, having worked as a technical IT support. In his last position he coordinated the development of modules for credit cards, monthly bonuses and loyalty points. He interacted with stakeholders and business partners in Asia. He also tested new functionalities and communicated with the development team. He has no problem with reading and understanding code, in his spare time he programs in JS. He has experience with technologies such as SQL, HTML, CSS, Jira, SoapUI, Postman, MS Office and InteliJ IDEA. Among agile methodologies, he has worked with Scrum. He is fluent in English and has a passive knowledge of German, but could not communicate. He would not like to work in the gaming industry.

• Technical Consultant/Product Owner: Responsibilities included development planning, coordinating business meetings, providing technical consultations and support, testing software functionalities, and solving bugs.
• Technical Support Team Member: Provided onsite support, communicated with employees in English and Czech, and offered technical and administrative assistance.
• Website Building: Built a website for www.psycholozkanamorave.cz, which involved identifying client needs, assisting with copywriting and image selection, and editing HTML and CSS.
• Programming: While not a programmer, stayed engaged with coding principles through edutainment, such as following tutorials and creating a snake game.
