The candidate is a junior developer who has been commercially developing in Python for over 10 months. His main tasks included - networking and setting up routers using automation tools. He can do his own automated testing using Selenium. He has used Django and Flask on his own projects, but they are not online yet. He has also developed a housekeeping system where the user can upload their receipts and sort them by category (vegetables, fruit, alcohol...) then it's entered on the cloud into dashboards to see how much was spent on what kind. His English is weaker - B1 - he would be able to talk to foreign team members, but ideally email where he has more time. He'd take a job where he uses English as a benefit, but not that a lot of English meetings and the like are going to be dumped on him. He used agile methodologies in his work, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and regularly had weekly stand-ups.
