IT Manager & Product Manager & Product Owner

The candidate is a product owner with almost a year of experience, before that he worked for 2 years as a Project Manager. In his current position he is responsible for the development of the ERP system for the whole Mountfield. He has 6 programmers and 2 testers under him and manages the development of the whole project. They work in a combination of Scrum and Kanban. They also have product backlogs. He would like to cover the whole SW development. Communication in English is not a problem for him and he would like to work on a project where he would be able to use it more, as he doesn't use it much in his current position.
