In the past, he has done development in C++ and C#, but for the last 3 and a half years he has been focusing on Business Analysis. Most recently he worked on a project where he implemented a production system upgrade for a lab. The candidate was in charge of invoicing where he was responsible for the whole module. His role was requirements gathering, he mainly worked on the interface and brought solutions for the system implementation. In doing so, he worked with SQL code, wrote specifications for the development team, tested, consulted and modified processes. In the past, he also occasionally created functional and use case diagrams. In addition, he was also responsible for several juniors. He is used to using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, is fluent in English and can also speak German (he can also use German at work, although there is room for improvement there).

Business Analyst (01.05.2019 - present): Managed the implementation of a laboratory information system, collected and analyzed business requirements, designed solutions, supported development, and conducted user training.

CRM Consultant (01.01.2017 - 30.4.2019): Implemented and customized CRM systems, provided technical support to customers in German.

Automation, Customer Specific Development (01.12.2010 - 31.12.2016): Customized software for smart card and passport production lines, deployed and supported ID and EMV solutions for customers, managed technical customer support, developed specific applications in C++ and C# for Windows.

Programmer/Analyst (1.10.2008 - 31.5.2010): Developed a payroll and personnel system using C++.

IT Skills: Programming in C++, C#, JavaScript, VBscript, management of information systems such as LIMS, CRM, and HR systems, Windows development and administration, SQL - MSSQL, XML, XSL/T, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, VB, Git.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics from the University of Economics in Bratislava (2005-2010).
