The candidate is Highly experienced Business Process Consultant and Functional Analyst with focus on SAP in SD (Sales & Distribution), LE (Logistic Execution), CS (Customer Service), PM (Plant Maintenance) area and the integration/impact between SAP modules with more than 20 years of experience. Excellent skills as a Team Leader involving people with different knowledge and expertise in a trustful atmosphere in order to achieve synergies in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. His english is on high level, also he is speaking Italian and know basics of French. He can work in the office as also remote.

2022 - Today: Business Analyst and Business Integrator in SD-CS for a retail company. Responsibilities include on-site repair, SD/CS integration, equipment and serial number management, integration with other SAP modules, EDI management, contract and billing plan management, resource-related billing, and reporting.

2019 - 2021: Business Analyst and Business Integrator in SD-WHL for a pharma company. Involved in supply chain management, interface between MES/SAP/3PL, EDI management, service contract, logistic processes, transportation, handling units, pricing, credit checks, batch management, O2C processes, picking tool, and reporting.

2018: Project Manager in the SAP area for a retail company. Responsible for business improvement, process management, resource management, team working, and change management.

2017: Business Analyst in the SD area for a fashion industry project. Involved in functional analysis, customizing, testing, data migration, training, and support for go-live. Responsibilities included O2C processes, printouts and reporting, advanced return management, pre-packages functionality, and interface between external legacy system and SAP.

2016: Business Analyst in SD and CS/PM area for an engineering and construction company. Responsibilities included functional analysis, customizing, testing, data migration, training, and support for go-live. Involved in on-site repair, in-house repair, SD/CS integration, fleet management, equipment configuration, preventive maintenance, serial number management, service notification, intercompany processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
