SAP Consultant

The candidate is a young SAP consultant with more than 7 years of experience. On her last position she have been performing detailed analysis of business processing requirements and providing appropriate system solutions, identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements. She never been on a position as a team leader but she is open to this opportunity. She is speaking fluent English and Hindi.

1) Sep-2014 to June-2018: Senior Production Planning Consultant. Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP PP. Analyzed business process requirements and provided system solutions. Gathered client requirements and mapped business processes. Designed, customized, configured, and tested PP. Handled troubleshooting and software problem-solving. Provided consulting services and acted as a liaison between business functions and technical teams. Provided training and user support. Worked independently and mentored junior members. Involved in cutoff activities and go-live support.

2) July-2009 to March-2014: Planning Executive. Involved in the roll-out project of SAP in a new plant. Documented current business and process issues. Conducted system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Provided support during go-live. Created and delivered training materials. Troubleshot configuration problems in orders creation. Worked as a SAP PP Power User and Project and Material Planner.

3) Support projects: Worked as a SAP Power User and SAP PP Consultant. Handled tickets of PP modules and prioritized them through emails. Interacted with the MM team for integrated support. Developed customized planning reports and updated planning data.
