The candidate is a Go developer with 2 years of experience. Before that he worked 10 years in PHP. He has experience with both Symfony and Nette, but wants to focus on Go. On his last project he developed internet TV. He has mainly worked with Go, CI/CD in GitLab, MySQL, ELK Jira, Confluence. Worked agilely in Scrum on projects, also had experience with Kanban in the past. Fluent in English, understands written text in German. He hasn't had the opportunity to lead his own team yet, but he's not averse to it in the future. He has mentored more junior colleagues on a previous project.
