Business Analyst

The candidate is a young Business Analyst with more than 3 years of commercial experience in this position. From the very beginning of her career until now she has been in the banking sector. However, she is open to a possible change in her field of work. She would like to avoid sectors such as automotive or gambling. In her last position, she worked on the renewal of front-end systems, digitalization and optimization of processes or securing communication between business and IT departments. In her work, she uses technologies such as Jira, Confluence, UML, Power BI and in the past she was an Enterprise Architect. She likes to learn new things and needs some added value in her work. She is interested in agile methodologies, which she knows theoretically and would like to put this knowledge into practice. Training junior colleagues is now a common activity for The candidate. She has not held a team lead position yet, but would not be opposed to such an offer in the future. She speaks English at B2 level - the last position without active use, she maintains her level by regular participation in AJ courses.
