Pega Developer

The candidate has been working in Pega for 11 years. He currently plays the role of Lead System Architect and he has been involved in all the technical design and implementation, proposing data, development support. The project he works on is a Real Estate Finance app which lets customers get a loan. He is building APIs, code reviews, data reporting and so on. Furthermore, he is also responsible for the coordination with off-shore teams as well as leading and mentoring internal teams. He is used to working in an agile environment using Scrum. He speaks fluent English.

Good experience in working in an onsite-offshore model with excellent communication skills. Visited onsite in the USA and successfully implemented a major release.
