The candidate is an auditor who has held this position for over 2 years in commercial practice. Her main tasks include the declaration and communication of the audit, coordination with the executive team and management, preparation of all audit components, development of audit strategy. field work, creation of data sheets and review of audit results. She can communicate in English and Croatian without any problems, she can also speak Slovak, but to a very limited extent. She is very motivated, friendly and communicative. Previously, she worked as a financial controller and finance leado for 3 years, so she has very good experience in the financial sector.

Acted as subject matter expert for various areas including acquisitions, corporate social responsibility, and taxation. Also served as an Audit member for the Italy Supervisory Board.

Europe M&C Finance Lead (Jul 2017 - Jun 2020): Managed budget and expenses for Europe Marketing and Communications. Provided financial analysis and support to the Europe Director and Senior Team. Led a team of five Financial Analysts.

Financial Controller (Aug 2015 - Jul 2017): Managed spending and budget for Nordic, UKI, and Benelux markets across various business units. Acted as a Trusted Business Advisor for budget management and worked closely with Market Leaders for forecasting and risk mitigation.

Accounting Inventory Lead (Jul 2014 - Aug 2015): Executed accounting transactions for Global Finance Accounting and Global Asset Recovery Services. Ensured compliance with US GAAP and local requirements. Performed monthly accounting and financial reporting tasks.
