The candidate is an experienced auditor who has been in this position since 2005, which means 17 years in commercial practice. He has also worked his way up through management positions and currently holds the position of Head of Internal Control Unit, where his job is - responsibility for auditing and controlling the company's processes, monitoring the correct implementation of agreed actions, preparation of the annual plan, reporting to the management and the Supervisory Board, advising. He has no problems communicating in English and can also speak German. He has educational training from almost all members of the Big Four (KPMG, E&Y, PWC)

4/2019 - present Head of Internal Control Unit - Responsible for auditing and controlling company processes, monitoring implementation of actions, preparing annual plan, reporting to management and supervisory board, and providing consultancy.

6/2013 - 3/2019 Independent Internal Auditor - Responsible for auditing processes, reviewing and monitoring implementation of audit recommendations, preparing annual and strategic audit plans, reporting to management, supervisory board, and NBS (National Bank of Slovakia), preparing internal audit methodology, providing consultancy, and participating in a head office project.

2005 - 4/2013 Internal Auditor - Performed and led compliance/process audits, reviewed and monitored implementation of audit recommendations, provided consultancy, developed methodology and procedures for internal audit, and participated in international projects/audits.
