The candidate has worked in several positions in the IT sector. He moved from developer, IT consultant, project manager to architect. He has three years of commercial experience as an architect. On the current project, he is responsible for designing technical solutions and implementing projects in the digital department, investigating and troubleshooting operational/performance/security issues in digital banking, ensuring solutions are compliant with RB standards with a focus on security and operations, overseeing the implementation of solutions from multiple vendors, and his own development. He used to code Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, UML, Visual Paradigm, OpenShift, Kafka, Elastic, Kibana, Cisco CCNA certified, JIRA, Confluence, but says he enjoys being a consultant, architect and supporting a team of developers more. He is used to working in an agile environment, he has also been through line management and led a team of up to 15 people. Still, he likes to maintain a more technical level of work. Communicating in English is not a problem for him and he is not averse to international projects.
