Architect & IT Manager

The candidate is a seasoned architect with nearly 15 years of experience as an Enterprise, Solution and Integration Architect. However, he has been in IT for more than 25 years. He is currently the architectural owner of the IoT solution used by Skoda for car connectivity. For example, it provides service integration. He has represented Oracle at various conferences in the past. He has experience with TOGAF, Oracle Cloud, SOA, Java, BPM, databases and pre-sales. He is fluent in English as he has conducted several trainings in English and is also proficient in German. In addition, he also has a basic knowledge of Russian. Prefers long-term projects of at least a year long.

1. Senior IT Architect (30 years of experience) - (2019-present)

• Lead architect on largest commercial projects in the Czech Republic
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and specific solutions built on top of Oracle Cloud services
• Experience with IoT solutions based on AWS
• Experience in lecturing on Oracle products, technology, and architecture
• Deep experience with Oracle middleware (WebLogic, Service Bus, BPEL)
• Experience with technology, product, and solution presentations
• Experience in Enterprise and SOA concepts and implementation
• Knowledge of TOGAF framework and EA modeling
• Experience with designing Telco and Insurance solutions

2. IoT Platform Owner/Architect (2019-present)

• Lead architect for Device Platform in One Digital Platform Programme
• Cloud-based solution with private cloud in Wolfsburg, DE and public cloud on AWS
• Managing a team of analysts and architects
• Cooperating with business Product Owner on business requirements and strategy
• Proposing architecture, services, management, and monitoring of the new Device Platform
• Providing advice to Solution architects from different projects
• Helping establish SKODA cloud strategy and propose solution architectures for car connectivity and Infotainment services

3. Principal Consultant Middleware (2012-2018)

• Responsible for evangelization of Oracle Cloud services and middleware products
• Focused on PaaS middleware services in Oracle Cloud portfolio
• Ran a Youtube channel and technology blog focused on Oracle middleware and cloud
• Represented Oracle as a speaker at IT conferences
• Held seminars and workshops for Oracle customers and partners
• Wrote press articles on Oracle products and technology.
