Architect & Java Developer

The candidate is a developer who has been programming in Java for more than 8 years in commercial practice. His most used technologies/frameworks include - Spring, Struts, Groovy&Grails. He has also programmed on both frontend and backend. He has also worked for some time as a Solution Architect (creating architectures for multiple projects). He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum. He has no problems communicating in English. In the past he has also worked as a Team Leader when he led smaller teams of developers.

November 2017 - August 2018: Solution Architect - Designed the architecture for multiple projects.
March 2016 - October 2017: Developer - Developed and integrated a system for automating contract processes in the corporate domain, including architecture, design, and development of Java applications and BPM process platform. 2015: Developer - Designed and developed applications and backend services. 2011 - 2014: Developer, later Solution Architect - Worked on a project to upgrade the core banking system, including customization and development of web applications, and design of security and architecture for the core banking system environment. 2006 - 2012: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from the University of Economics, Prague. Certified as an Oracle Professional and Associate in Java SE 7 programming. Proficient in Java programming, Spring, Struts, Groovy & Grails, REST, SOAP, XML, UML, and Oracle DB. Experience with version control systems, CI tools, and application servers.
