Project Manager

The candidate is an experienced Finance/Project Manager with 10+ years of experience. He has managed large projects, from the very beginning, handled the financial aspects, strategies, managed SLAs and communicated with vendors, was in charge of customization. As a team leader, managed approximately 30 people plus several freelancers. He managed several projects in English only. He worked agilely with Scrum on several projects where this methodology was implemented.

Jun 2019 - Present: Project Manager, responsible for defining and setting up change management system/processes. Responsibilities include change management and external tenders management.

May 2017 - Dec 2017: Project Manager, involved in upgrading the TR ET system (web-based trading system FX&MM) for MiFID II. Responsibilities included upgrade preparations focused on MiFID II issues and implementation management.

Nov 2015 - Dec 2016: Project Manager, overseeing the realization of a web-based information system for SME clients and interface development. Responsibilities included project management and financial data management.

March 2012 - May 2013: Project Manager for IMG3 project, implementing new installation procedures/processes for Thomson Reuters information and trading systems.

Sep 2011 - Sep 2012: Project Manager for the implementation of informational and trading systems, involving the merge of various treasury, front and back office systems. Responsibilities included business process identification and design, as well as project management.
