The candidate is a business analyst with more than 2 years of experience. Before that she worked for a year as a tester. She is currently working with financial data and databases. Her team mainly focuses on the interfaces through which data flows into the ledger. Data needs to be set up, aggregated, functionality needs to be set up so that the data is in the form needed. They also use UML within the documentation, so she would be able to get into that if needed. They are also designing and adding new functionalities, which they are also testing as they don't have testers in their team.
