Database Developer

Candidate is a Database Specialist who has been working in IT for 15 years and has extensive experience working abroad. He is very well versed in database and business analysis, database development or testing. His most used technologies include Oracle and SQL. He is proficient in Teradata, SAP, UNIX shell script, TD SPL, C,... He uses agile methodologies in his work, especially SCRUM. Has worked as a Team leader, for a 3 member team, and as a mentor to more junior analysts and developers. Most of his experience is in retail and telco area. He is fluent in English and as he has worked in Urkraine he could also speak Russian.

• Presented a 2-day training on fundamentals of Teradata technology to co-workers.

• Extended an existing Oracle data warehouse for a bank in Bratislava, Slovakia.
• Migrated Teradata scripts to Oracle for reporting purposes.
• Utilized SAP Sybase PowerDesigner, Oracle PL/SQL, TortoiseSVN, and JIRA in the development process.

• Contributed to the extension of the data warehouse for a company in Brno, Czech Republic.
