• He is an analyst who considers UML, IT analysis and Scrum as his core competencies. He has been working for several years on projects usually lasting a few months as a subcontractor and would like to stay with this form of cooperation. (Some of the projects overlapped , but mostly followed each other after a few months for the same client.) He doesn't shy away from long term full time projects either. He has no preferences regarding the sphere , he has worked for the financial sphere , public administration and others . He would also like to try a project in another field. He also has no dedicated requirements regarding teamwork/ independent work, he is comfortable with both. But he describes himself more as an introvert. He understands English texts, has done some translation of professional literature himself, but does not use English actively, and has problems with comprehension and speaking. As far as location is concerned, in recent years he has been working mainly in Prague but he is available throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• He does not want to work as a test anal. but as (requirements gathering, analysis, GUI design, leading small development teams, UML/SCRUM training, scrummaster, ....) - this is an older note from consultants, I don't know if he insists on it

New entry - other observations from the interview - he has already worked for KB, he would not like to work with them anymore because he wasted time there, he even did some tests for them, we can only present him if the interview has one max. 2 rounds, he has a bad experience with them + he is supposedly a bit old for them as well

The candidate is an experienced analyst with more than 15 years of commercial experience. He uses the agile methodology Scrum on a daily basis, which he even trains. His English is at a basic level, but when it comes to understanding technical documentation, that is not a problem for him. He has even translated various texts. As a team leader, he works almost on a daily basis, leading a team of 3 testers.

Freelance Analyst (Sep 2011 - present): Experienced freelance analyst participating in long-term and short-term projects in various locations. Currently involved in the acquisition of a company, requiring the reuse and modification of existing systems, deployment of new REST services, data warehouse modifications, and new reports. Previously worked on one of the largest projects in the Czech Republic.

Analyst/Programmer (1993 - 2011): Employed in multiple companies, responsible for analysis and programming tasks.

Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Regulatory, and Automation Engineering from Brno University of Technology.
