Architect & IT Security Consultant

The candidate is an experienced Security Architect who has been in this position for over 5 years in commercial practice. Prior to that, he has been working as a system administrator for almost 2 years. He currently holds 2 positions namely architectural - where he designs and implements all security solutions built on RFQs and RFPs, ensures smooth deployment and covers the entire lifecycle. The second position is managerial - where he communicates with the customer about their needs, assigns tasks to team members based on findings and strives for the best results. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum and Kanban. His communication in English is at an excellent level. He is always used to manage a team - smaller (2-4 people) - larger (5 or more people)

• Sep 2020 - Present: Cybersecurity Lead Enterprise Architect/Project Manager. Responsible for creating cybersecurity technical solutions and architecture based on requirements, supporting deployments on operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) networks, ensuring system scalability, and maintaining documentation and inventory.
• Oct 2018 - Sep 2020: Product & Solution Security Expert (PSSE). Involved in the architecture, design, and security of production equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and implementing secure development practices.
• Previous Experience:
  • Product and Solution Security Expert (PSSE) responsible for protecting and assessing industrial control systems (ICS) through activities such as security incident management, penetration testing, and threat analysis.
  • Coordinator/Team Lead for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and application security in financial organizations.
  • Member of a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) in a global Security Operations Center (GSOC), focusing on research, assessment, and real-time monitoring of security events and network traffic.
• Objective: Ambitious cyber security expert with a strong understanding and interest in enterprise/IT networks, operational technology networks, and industrial automation and control systems, with a focus on industrial control security.
• Skills: Creation of technical solutions and architecture, system scalability, technical review and advisory, maintaining network assets and documentation, project management, procurement, security incident management, vulnerability management, threat analysis, and risk assessment.
