The candidate is a dedicated Scrum Master and Agile couch who has currently been in this position for 1.5 years. According to him, he has always been interested in agile and even while working in other positions, he has been thinking about how and what to change and improve within the agile environment. He has worked as an IT change manager in the past, he knows the whole development lifecycle, enterprise architecture, attends courses in testing and would like to be educated in UX. He also has experience with waterfall. He is currently in charge of 4 teams, approximately 50 people. Regarding English language, he would need to be conversational but it would not be a problem for him to work in an international environment, he would even welcome such an opportunity. He would like to avoid a corporate environment.

IT Change Manager (January 2019 - December 2020): Previously worked as an IT Change Manager in Prague, Czech Republic. Responsible for managing and implementing IT changes within the organization.
Supervision Section Inspector/auditor (January 2017 - December 2018): Worked as a Supervision Section Inspector/auditor. Conducted inspections and audits in the Air Navigation Services Department/Aeronautical Operations Division.
Aerodromes Section Inspector/auditor (January 2015 - December 2016): Worked as an Aerodromes Section Inspector/auditor. Conducted inspections and audits related to aerodromes.
