Android Developer

The candidate is an Android developer since 2018. He has experience in Java and Kotlin development, and uses Jetpack compose and clean architecture. Other technologies he uses include - Python, JavaScript and C#. He is used to developing large applications used by thousands of users, as well as small apps. On a previous project, he worked on bringing an old app back to life where he did recoding of old code. He actively used agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum. His communication in English is at a very good level. Currently he has a more senior team of developers under him. He definitely wants to avoid projects in the field of gambling or cryptocurrencies.

04/2022 - Present: Android Developer in Prague, Czech Republic. Part of a senior team with extensive experience in Jetpack Compose. Worked on e-commerce and finance projects.

01/2018 - 03/2022: Android Developer in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. Developed Android apps as part of different teams ranging from 3 to 8 members. Transitioned from Java to Kotlin. Conducted code reviews, analyzed code, and followed Scrum methodologies. Worked on both a large project with over 170 database entities and smaller projects.

01/2016 - 08/2017: English to Czech Translator. Translated documentaries and TV shows.

2013 - 2016: Bachelor's Degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Hradec Králové.

Certification: CAE Level C2.
