Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate is a Scrum Master who has been in this position for 3 years. He is in charge of a team of 8 developers, where he is responsible for implementing agile principles, mentoring, coaching, setting up processes, KPIs, milestones, training colleagues, presenting proposals to teams and management. He enjoys deploying Scrum, but also has experience using Kanban. He has worked in a banking environment and has also worked as a developer for 2 years in the past. He has also held the position of Project Manager and since he enjoys managing and coordinating his own team, he has no problem taking on this role in the future. He has no problem communicating in English and understands German as well (but not at a professional level). On the penultimate project, he led more than 100 people operationally.
