Work Experience
February 2016 - Present: Head of ICT Business Solutions Development Department - Responsible for efficiently managing the development of ICT business solutions for internal clients in an agile environment. This includes ensuring timely and quality delivery of software solutions, managing the analysis, design, development, and testing process using agile methodologies, collaborating with other organizational units, monitoring software development trends, and preparing materials for senior management.
December 2014 - February 2016: Test Manager - Established a test office with four pillars (test governance, test infrastructure, test team, test automation) in an agile scrum environment. Responsible for implementing agile testing across the organization, improving the quality of acceptance testing, consolidating test environments, creating an agile testing team, and implementing automated testing for web and mobile applications.
August 2014 - November 2014: Test Lead - Managed testing projects for Nordic clients, including setting up testing principles and processes, creating a testing team, and defining the scope of testing for a medication fulfillment software project in Norway.
