Krstián is a Java Architect/Solution Architect who has been in this position for over 15 years in commercial practice. Previously he held the position of Java developer and analyst. For him, the most used technologies at the moment are Java. Spring, Spring boot, Python. His position is currently more of a consulting and management position, but he still prepares the architecture, technical documentation and the actual installation of the product. As a Project Manager, he ensures communication with the customer so that the project can progress flawlessly. He also provides mentorship to the members who are participating in the project. He has no problems communicating in English and uses it on a daily basis when communicating with clients and developers. He has also held the position of Team leader where he led a team of 5 people - consisting of developers, analysts and a shop floor manager.

2007 - present Consulng Soluon Manager / Technical Architect Responsibilies include delivering architecture arfacts, developing consulng experse in EAI and SOA, business process analysis and design, documenng guidelines and presenng best pracces, soluon delivery and coordinaon, working on proof-of-concepts, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and providing technical advisory for customer transformaon iniaves.

2005 - 2007 Consultant Professional Services Responsibilies included delivering high-quality services in EAI, B2B, and SOA, designing and implementing soluons on top of the SeeBeyond EAI plaorm, parcipang in proof-of-concept and pilot projects, and contributing to key wins in the EMEA region.

2001 - 2005 Analyst / Developer Responsibilies included gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, and implementing internal banking applicaons using Java and C/C++, parcipang in the selecon and implementaon of a new front-office system.

1999 - 2000 Developer Responsibilies included developing the presentaon layer for an e-shop using an in-house model-view-controller framework and object-oriented warehouse.
