The candidate is a business analyst with 2.5 years of commercial experience. He has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, so he can offer a wide range of experience in this area as well.

2020 - present: Business Analyst. Responsible for implementing BPM tools for loan origination and debt collection. Involved in 5 European and Indochinese implementation projects for banking. Familiar with agile software development methodologies.

2019 - 2020: Risk Policy Manager. Responsible for risk management, monitoring, and reporting of consumer finance loans.

2005 - 2018: Head of Retail Credit Risk and Underwriting Department. Involved in shaping and implementing credit scoring and underwriting systems, as well as setting rules for early collections and scorecards. Conducted training courses and workshops for sales management and branch employees on risk-sales partnership.

1993 - 2005: Head of Retail Loans Product Team. Responsible for core system development and project management of consumer loans and credit cards. Also involved in integrating the Slovak Credit Bureau and implementing business and risk rules.
