Analyst

The candidate is an experienced business analyst who has been in this position for more than 7 years in commercial practice. His experience is mainly in the banking sector, having previously held positions as a financial advisor and banker. He is currently working as a Business Analyst in a software company, doing customization of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) for the need of leasing companies, customization. His role is integrations (mainly REST API services for now). I come in contact with Confluence and JIRA on a daily basis. He works on bug fixing, processes, develops documentation (IDD), sends requests (bug related) to programmers, hasn't done much architecture yet as not at that stage with clients right now. Communication in English language does not give him any problems and he uses it on a daily basis. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum and Kanban.

Presented financial market regulations to different departments within the company. Analyzed processes, coordinated amendments, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Also involved in IT business analysis and programming in VBA.

Personal Banker (August 2013 - December 2014): Provided customer care for premium segment private clients. Fulfilled client requirements at a professional level and conducted acquisition activities in the entrusted portfolio of clients.

Business Advisor (November 2012 - July 2013): Provided individualized services and built business relationships and trust with selected group of customers in the premium business banking segment. Offered special products and services tailored to client needs.

Financial Advisor (January 2012 - October 2012): Provided comprehensive consulting for clients in retail banking services. Developed financial analyses and proposed solutions in various segments such as loans and insurance.

Customer Service Advisor (May 2011 - December 2011): Handled service activities in the bank including deposits, cash withdrawals, foreign currency exchange, transfers, and administration. Actively addressed client needs and referred them to financial advisors.
