Sales Manager

The candidate is an experienced professional with expertise in strategic intelligence and real estate asset management. He has strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Tableau, SQL, Google AdWords, SketchUp, and email marketing platforms such as Moosend and Mailchimp. He is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of proficiency in Russian. The candidate has a driving license and is currently working as the Head of Strategic Intelligence at Bonard, where he is responsible for financial assessments, data management, employee education, and client communication. Prior to this, he held positions as the Deals and Intelligence Unit Manager and Project Research Manager at the same company. The candidate holds a degree in Political Science and Government from Matej Bel University.

Head of Strategic Intelligence (November 2021 - currently): Leads a department focused on real estate asset class, responsible for financial assessments and valuations, data management and visualization, employee education, and client contact.

Deals and Intelligence Unit Manager (November 2019 - November 2021): Managed a team focused on real estate asset class, conducting long-term partnership research projects including acquisitions, sales, and opportunity assessments.

Project Research Manager (November 2017 - November 2019): Executed and delivered real estate asset class projects, specifically in the rented residential sector.

Faculty of Political Science and International Relations (2012 - 2017): Studied political science and government at Matej Bel University.
