The candidate is an experienced PHP developer with 15 years of commercial experience. He has been working with frameworks like Symphony 1 and Nette for about 10 years. He has no problems with English and would like to use it on projects. In his current work he uses the Waterfall principle. As a team leader he has been leading a small team of programmers for 4 years. He does not have a preferred area of work, but likes to search for new technologies.
