The candidate is a developer who has more than 5 years of PHP programming experience, including about 1.5 years in the Symfony framework. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum. He can communicate in English without any problems - he was also a member of foreign teams. He does not prefer e-shop development on the project, rather he is interested in real-time data processing and hardware development. He also started a startup with a colleague, where he led teams of 3-4 developers.
