PHP Developer

The candidate is an experienced programmer who has been programming in PHP for more than 5 years in commercial practice. Among other languages he knows Java, Javascript, C#, C++ at a more advanced level. From frameworks it is mainly Laravel, Nette, Joomla, jQuery. After work he programs his own project (PHP, Laravel). He has no problem to develop short-term projects (3 months) or to participate in a long-term project. He would be interested in fullstack development - for example PHP/Javascript, or PHP/C#.NET. He can communicate in English, with minor shortcomings. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum. As a more experienced developer, he has acted as a mentor to a younger programmer whom he has mentored in basic processes.

2018-2019, PHP Developer - Responsible for backend development and design based on graphical drafts. Worked on Laravel-based internal projects and created e-shops using WordPress and various templates and modules.

2017-2018, PHP Developer - Developed an e-shop based on OpenCart, including finishing administration based on client needs and creating new modules. Also worked on optimizing the e-shop for mobile devices.

2015-Present, PHP Developer - Created a system for real-life displaying of data from cameras using Laravel. Designed, coded, and implemented the solution into the internal network.

2015-Present, PHP Developer (own projects) - Designed web pages and web applications using Joomla. Developed a system for randomly picking tournament competitors.

Education: Master's degree in Informatics and Information Technologies from TUKE, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Informatics from TUKE, Graduation from SOŠT Kukučínova Poprad.
