Java Developer
Overview
Short Summary
The candidate has more experience as a Business Analyst, but would like to learn more Java, which he is really passionate about. However, his knowledge in this area is only from school subjects. The candidate gained work experience right after high school, where he worked as a production and sales assistant on his own projects, became a partner in 2011, and sold his stake in 2014. In 2012, he started his bachelor studies at the University of Economics, where he directly studied ERP systems. During his studies he got an internship for Lean Management Agency. Here he performed ad hoc tasks (transition of the company to LEAN principles), analysis and process mapping. Since 2016, he has been promoted directly to IT Analyst here. In ERP, the company had its own system in place. However, he also worked here in HTML and PHP and used SQL. The company is pretty much falling apart though, it doesn't have that kind of application in Europe. The candidate himself says he is a Java enthusiast, but he knows he doesn't have that experience. He would happily take some kind of analysis position at the beginning and then develop further.
