He worked mainly with Java EE, Spring, even the backend is not a problem for him. He worked as a Senior Java in an agile team of people which he also led. He said he has no problem working in a team of people or leading them as a TL. He organized design and architecture in the projects he worked on. He speaks English at a communicative level.

2013 - present: Senior Java Software Developer. Working on a medical information system used by 13 million patients and thousands of practices. Mentoring and coaching new team members. Implementing features and their maintenance.

2009 - 2013: Senior Java Software Developer. Validating requirements and designing features. Implementing features and their maintenance.

2006 - 2009: Java Software Developer. Maintaining and implementing new features for a web application used for monitoring telecommunications networks.

2004 - 2006: C/C++ Software Developer. Fixing defects and configuring complex telecommunications network monitoring infrastructure for testing purposes.

2001 - 2005: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BC) from the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University.
