Java Developer

The candidate is a young developer who has 2,5 years of experience with Java programming - he knows mainly the back-end (Spring, Hibernate), but he is also familiar with the front-end. From other technologies he prefers JavaScript. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum. He is able to communicate in English without major problems. In the past, he worked in the insurance industry, but now he has no preferred area he would like to pursue. He has not worked as a Team Leader yet.
