The candidate is a developer who has more than 11 years of experience with Java programming and also 5 years of commercial experience with JavaScript. He actively uses agile methodologies in his work, especially Scrum. He has no problems communicating in English. He would prefer projects in banking and telecommunications, as he has many years of experience in these areas, but he is open to other possibilities. In the past he has worked as a Tech Lead and Architect.

May 2012 - Present: J2EE / JavaScript Developer - Lead developer for the internet banking application using Wicket/Spring/J2EE, responsible for maintaining and extending the JavaScript component library.

Dec 2010 - Present: Architect / J2EE Developer - Design and development of the colegio.cz team collaboration web portal using J2EE (Spring MVC, Spring REST, JSP), PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache, and Linux.

May 2005 - Present: Java / Oracle Integrator and Developer - Developing various software centered around the Genesys call center system, focusing on reporting and system integration using J2EE and Oracle PL/SQL.

1999 - 2008: C/PHP Programmer - Developed the centrum.cz portal, specifically a distributed mail storage system.

Education: Masters Degree in Computer Science from Czech Technical University, 1994-2000.

Additional Skills and Feats: Active photographer, acquiring graphic skills and a sense of aesthetics. Interested in the user's view of the application, always keeping user experience in mind.
